Hamlet

Written by William Shakespeare

Directed by Richard K. Thomas

This is a project from an advanced sound design class in which we study the principles of sound design for theatre and learn how to apply those principles to the real world. We analyze the play, compose a cue sheet, and write an overture in which we use to score the entire play. Below you will find my overture and a live performance of our cue sequence "Get Thee to a Nunnery."

Cue Sequence Markers

A cue sequence is the order in which the cues will be played. This is how we can communicate to the director our ideas of the underscoring we plan to provide.
